Chelsea is a high school student at Island School interested in data science, computer hardware, and aerospace engineering. She wants to build a strong foundation across both hardware and software to work on meaningful, technically challenging problems. Under the supervision of Professor Ray Cheung, Chelsea has become more proficient in programming and has learnt about implementing data structures and algorithms. She has also learned the basics of Verilog as well as how to develop and program FPGA boards, gaining practical experience with tools such as JupyterLab and Vivado.
