Ethan XU is an incoming MPhil student at the CALAS Lab, City University of Hong Kong. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronic Science and Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU).

During his undergraduate studies, he participated in several research projects, including the development of a RISC-V-based heterogeneous SoC and high-speed sensing systems. His current research focuses on RISC-V architecture exploration and secure embedded system design.
