Mr. LI (Frankie) received his BEng in Information Engineering from the City University of Hong Kong in 2025. He is currently pursuing his PhD in the Department of Electrical Engineering at City University of Hong Kong, under the supervision of Prof. Ray C.C. Cheung and Prof. Alan Lam. He serves as the person-in-charge of FoodX, a HKTech 300 seed fund team focusing on food safety solutions utilizing blockchain technology.
