Mr. CAI(Fred) received his BEng in Electronic Information Science and Technology at the South China Normal University in 2019. He is currently a master student in Electronic Information Engineering at the Department of Electrical Engineering, City University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the CALAS group and under the supervision of Dr. Ray C.C. CHEUNG.
