Dr. Guangyan LI(Gavin) received the Ph.D. degree in 2025 from the Department of Electrical Engineering, City University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Prof. Ray C. C. Cheung. He was a research assistant at the LIRMM in Montpellier, France in 2019. He was a research-based FYP student under the supervision of Prof. Ray C. C. Cheung. He received the B.Eng degree in 2020 from the Department of Electrical Engineering, City University of Hong Kong.
