Mr. C.Y. Cheng received his B.Eng. degree in Information Engineering at City University of Hong Kong (CITYUHK) in 2023 and Master degree in Financial Technology at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2025, respectively. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering at City University of Hong Kong, under the supervision of Prof. Ray C.C. Cheung and Prof. Alan H.F. Lam.
