Santiago Pumar Vázquez is an engineering student from Spain passionate about medical AI, signal and image processing, robotics, and control systems. Currently finishing his Dual Degree in Biomedical and Industrial Electronics, he joined CityU’s CALAS group eager to learn and work on hardware architectures. He is a proactive team player who loves stepping out of his comfort zone. During his exchange in Hong Kong, he is excited to immerse himself in a new culture, tackle complex technical challenges, and discover the local outdoor scene.
