William is a final year undergraduate student at CityUHK, pursuing a BEng in Microelectronics Engineering. He is also an electronic engineer of the CityUHK Underwater Robotics Team, with which he has participated in multiple robotics competitions. Through this experience, he has learned valuable skills such as firmware design and hardware design (PCB), further honing his technical and teamwork abilities.

For his final year project, he is working on OpenLane 5-staged pipeline Superscalar RISC-V CPU Design. In 2024, he participated in a summer exchange program at Peking University (PKU). His interests include RISC-V processor design, IoT, and IC design.
